Grandma’s Jelly Cookies
2 cups butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla
5 cups flower
In large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg yolks and vanilla, and mix until well blended.
Gradually add the flour until the mixture holds together and can be rolled into balls.
Form dough into walnut size balls and arrange them 2″ apart on cookie sheet.
Make a depression in the center of each and fill with 1/4 teaspoon jelly.
Bake at 375* for 15min.
Makes 83 cookies.
